My owed cosmetic aren't available or appearing

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: None of my owed cosmetics for both killer and survivor are appearing in the main loadout menu, i have to go to the store to equip my owed cosmetics and none of them are appearing on any of my characters customizations.
PLATFORM:PS4
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: i just turned my game on it was fine earlier the same day.

Thank you i just realized that my son is 2 years old and he likes to play around on it he must of clicked it i didn't realize that could be an issue i really appreciate it.
