What does the wiki mean by taunting Houndmasters dog?

I was recently looking up some numbers about the Houndmaster on the DBD wiki, under the search command section it talks about the ability to taunt the dog and how it apparently will pounce at whoever taunts it. I tried with a friend to spam emotes and even spam crouch at the dog after it's been sent to a gen but nothing seems to happen. There is no prompt after its been positioned to "taunt" either. Is this some unfinished feature or am I missing something? I attached the wiki section below.

    It's practically an unused feature. The Dog will never linger in an area for or more than 4 seconds so it will never charge up. But theoretically what it's supposed to do is if a survivor would stay in the search radius for more than 4 seconds they would automatically be pounced. But even with the iri add-on the max linger duration is 3.6 seconds so yeah it will never trigger.
