"Survivors DCing when whole team's in dying state = DRAW" makes no sense
If a killer gives up because they can't find hiding survivors that aren't doing objectives after 10min you consider that a LOSS. But if a survivor gives up after all survivors are downed you consider that a DRAW? I would really like to understand the logic in that. These are the sort of ill conceived decisions that lead to all the tribalism in this game.
I have no issue with the 1st scenario being a LOSS but 2nd one should also be a LOSS. First of all, if all survivors are downed and have no perks to pick themselves back up or wiggle out, that means the game is over, they lost.
It's also very possible to snowball into a 2 to 4-man slug on certain killers, like a Honing Stone Trapper for example, but then have every intention to go hook everyone. It doesn't make sense that if the survivors DC before the killer has a chance to hook everyone it equals a DRAW but if they waited a little to be hooked it would then equal a LOSS.
This was not well thought out.

Not surprised Behaviour fumbles yet again. I am just so glad I stopped playing this god forsaken game. Literally anything else is better than endless sea of salt and pettiness beyond belief. I just wonder when will this game die? Probably after they run out of other horror franchises to use for their own game lmao

I would guess this is a typo... because it definitely makes no sense...

Also saw someone make a good point somewhere else. The last remaining survivor can always abandon when downed. So as a survivor you can pretty much DC every match before being mori'd/sacrificed and always avoid the LOSS while killers can 4K every match and avoid their MMR going up if downed survivors just constantly force DRAWs by DCing before being mori'd/sacrificed.

I agree 💯

probs just a poor decision

The fact it hasn't been corrected yet is equal parts concerning and mystifying 😶😶😶

Yeah it makes no sense. I’ve been doing the right thing and finishing the matches out against bots but it’s pretty annoying so idk how much longer I will. Most people aren’t going to do this though and they’re going to abandon as soon as the survivors leave allowing perpetual smurfing since their mmr won’t raise. I don’t blame them, nobody wants to finish out a match against bots, it’s over at that point anyway.
This would be like allowing the killer the abandon at 1 gen left, but if the survivors want their “win” they can’t abandon too, they’d have to stay and finish out the last gen and gate against the bot. That would be silly. Once the other team has left you should get the win immediately.

Solution: Hook survivors instead of slugging. I don't mean this in a rude or disrespectful way. However, if I can win killer games without slugging (as a survivor main), I am positive you (as a killer main) can win games without slugging. I believe in you!

What does hooking have to do with this?
If all Victims are downed, hooked, or a mix thereof, they can abandon the match.3 -
I do see your point, which is why abandoning should be a lost for whoever does it.

To add to this as the last survivor who is down I no longer have to be dry humped on ground, be bled out floor at 99% before I finally see stale mori animation. Idk why the salt part on the last person dcing before mori when they still get it on the bot anyways lol.
You can tell with the responses complaints of last down person can dc that the finisher mori was being used maliciously and killers mad they can't do so no more.

Its called a snowball. Sometimes survivors group up around a hook and can all be downed with relative ease. Then as you go grab the hooks people can abandon. Its the survivors fault for not waiting for me to pick up whoever's on the ground, why am I punished for their mistake?

I can't believe there is so much drama over a feature and Killers are acting like they are required to Abandon after 10 minutes. Just because an option is presented doesn't mean you have to take it.

I agree with you 100% on that… I was more so talking about killers who go out of their way to slug everyone.

I think it is a good thing though because it is the most annoying thing when you have 2 survivors left and they just won't do anything. Generally in that situation, if one is at least attempting to progress the game, I'll let them live and kill the one who is constantly hiding. I never give up though.

Yeah like what is even the point? if survivors can't lose MMR through most blatant loss like this, they gonna keep matching against killers who are way way above their skill levels, it's not gonna do good

I mean, its technically still a win for the killer. The survivors cannot escape from that, so they lose. It shouldn't matter if they abandon or not, they lost.

Entirely missing the point, the problem isn't killer losing or winning it doesn't matter, but rather survivor keeping MMR in obviously lost match
This thing is effectively killing MMR system for no apparent reason
