Re-enable the Archive Widget if a Tome challenge is selected

Basically the title, at least for now while the Tome challenges are still there.

I want to finish up the last Tome and keep forgetting which challenge I have selected between matches, because what used to be just moving my mouse towards the right edge of my screen to read the selected challenge is now at minimum 2 clicks and moving the mouse all over my screen to get that same info (move the mouse to the bottom-left corner, click on the tomes-button, move the mouse all the way across to the top-right corner, click on the challenge slot, move the mouse to whichever challenge you have selected and hover to read).
