What bug is happening that we need to kill switch him? (I’m genuinely unaware. I haven’t faced him recently)

His power cancels vaults MID animation, like the survivor vault animation plays out but if he shocks you ANY time during the vault animation playing out, the vault gets cancelled entirely and you teleport back to the entry of the vault.
Think the Borgo middle map vault bug that happened a few months ago where the vault was un-vaultable but on every pallet and every window.

Yep, as far as im aware. It's happened with every doctor I versed so I'd think so!

The DC penalty is your fault. Yeah the big makes Doctor way stronger but it doesn't forcibly DC.
