Ghoul is just more unfun Legion 2.0

I am not a fan of Legion, not because they are strong, they are quite weak killer but their power is just boring and free easy injury.

Ghoul is like you take Legion's free hit, make it like mid-range huntress hatched with easy point-click aim plus you give him Chucky's scamper mixed with insane mobility. I do love being hit behind walls thanks to his auto-aim that locks onto you from like 14m range, love it.

At least when Legion misses, he loses his power unlike this killer who gets like X attempts to lock on you.

His hilarious kidnap tech is beyond problematic and still there's not any counter play, I still don't understand people who are defending it

We certainly did need another mending simulator killer. Very frustrating. He can also practically still hit you right out of power. Thought you made the pallet thats right there a half a foot away? Nope

I just don't agree with the "mending simulator" stuff. It's the killer's power; it's supposed to do something meaningful to inconvenience the survivors. On Legion, the longer they mend the more detrimental it actually is, because you possibly re-hit them to continue your Frenzy's combo. You're only mending all the time if A) you constantly reheal and reheal vs Legion, which why would you do that?, or B) he's using his Frenzy on you while you're injured, which isn't quite ideal for him as it wastes more of his time than yours.

And on Ghoul it's a similar paradox to Legion, where you want to use your power on them to get a health state and then some, but that encourages them to stay injured (and push gens more, too) which means you can't use that power on them. And I don't think his cooldowns are that dramatically strong. If he cancels power on you point-blank, he's still running a few seconds just to catch up to you, similar to Wesker's near miss with his power except he gives the survivors a football field's distance before he's back on them.

I get all that and understand that truly, I just find him very frustrating to go against and for me, particularly he’s not very fun, I do on the other hand think he is a very cool character, I love his character, design and music for his terror radius.

The same goes for legion. I get it their power, but it’s not fun to and I think that defeats the purpose for a video game, but also that’s just me. I’m sure there are plenty of people that enjoy going against these particular killers, which is the wonderful thing because I don’t have to be forced to go up a specific killer each time bc it’s generally something different.

In a nutshell, I dislike might be something that someone else likes and that’s fine.
