Milestone kill quest gains no progress from 2v8

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The milestone quest to kill survivors doesn't gain progress from survivors killed in 2v8 unless they are moried. Essentially the quest doesn't consider survivors dying in cages as kills.
PLATFORM: All.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Play 2v8 as a killer and kill a survivor in a cage. Check progress in the milestone quest to kill survivors. Find out it has gained none.
