Claudette duplicate cosmetic, or a bug?

Both appear exactly alike, yet are different rarities. And they're not to be confused with ANOTHER cosmetic of hers, which actually does change the colors a fair bit:

    I believe that the texture on the green rarity cosmetic might be bugged, the jeans should be grey with red and blue boots. And as the legs are bugged, I assume the torso is as well.
