Most miserable the game can/will ever be
Good lord, none of the problems of 2v8 solved, and we have to deal with this abomination Oni Legion combo.
Why is right now the most miserable state the game can and will ever be? For about 3 weeks the following is forced on you as a player unless you are willing to sit in queues upwards of 10 to 40 minutes.
-You cannot use or bring the builds (perks, offerings, items and addons) you have customized and grinded for anywhere from months to years.
-You cannot face or play around half the killer roster.
-You cannot play over half the maps.
-Let's be honest, you cannot play killer period. It is unreasonable to wait 20-40 minutes for a game when games last around 10-15 minutes.
Your options as a player are to play 2v8 survivor for the fastest queues, or play survivor in classic 1v4.
If you choose classic survivor because you have the audacity to use your builds you grinded for, or dare to be burnt out by the extremely repetitive 2v8 games, you are subjected the sweatiest, nastiest killer players who are willing to sit in queue over 10 minutes, and you get no BP (usually a 25 to 50% incentive).
If you play 2v8 survivor, you are subjected to Oni x Legion, the most miserable, stupid, frustrating experience this game has to offer. It will be 25% of your games being this combo, and almost guaranteed that either killer will be in every match. Have fun!

Whats stopping you from playing killer on 1v4? In my region it takes around 2 minutes or less to get a game…What region are you in?

Killer queues are easily 10 minutes and up US west, evening time when I'm able to play.

Yeah regular queues are messed up here in OCE and it is the same handful of sweatlords playing killer in regular mode, so it is super unfun other than you will find matches as survivor. Forget trying to play killer though, unless you like 10 minute queues and try 20 - 40 minutes if you want to play killer in 2v8.
A massive problem is LEGION AND ONI.
Legion should never be in 2v8 at all and needs to be removed completely in future versions. Oni would be tolerable with significant nerfs but as it is, Oni is almost always in power the entire time which is just utterly ridiculous and should never have gone live in the first place.
I feel like less people want to play survivor because of LEGION AND ONI and puts more people in the killer queue.
I hope to God BHVR hears this loud and clear, though I am pretty black pilled on that, as they brought Legion back and added Oni in his current state in the first place.

The problem here is not specific to the Oni-Legion synergy but rather the synergy legion has with the rest of the roster. Think how easy it is as Nurse or Blight or Wesker to just go around zooming downing and picking up after the legion puts mend on everyone. That's why I've been saying Legion needs to be removed from 2v8 because he synergizes too well with many other killers, not just oni.

I tried playing a killer game in 1v4 a few days ago. The survivor bonus was only 25% too at the time! Surprising I know. That queue took about… 4-5 minutes to load. Not ridiculously unreasonable, but still far longer than I'd like.

It would be for me too. I have been lucky I guess. I’ve only had to wait a minute.

I find that Survivors focus too much on healing, especially against a Legion and Oni.
I have no proof, but im pretty sure Im the one doing all the Gen progress in EU atm.

If survivors don't heal though, they just go down to basic attacks. And it just means thousands of blood orbs laying around for oni to pick up.
