Hyperfocus Perk Not Working as Intended – Extremely Inconsistent Repair Bonus

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
When hitting great skill checks with the perk Hyperfocus, the repair progress bar sometimes does not show any visible increase. While a stack is added, the repair bonus appears to be missing or inconsistent. The effect becomes more reliable when using Stake Out in combination, but Hyperfocus alone should function properly.

PLATFORM:
Steam on PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURRED:

  1. Loaded into a match as Claudette with a toolbox - Scraps and Clean Rag add-ons
  2. Equipped the perk Hyperfocus (Sprint Burst, Kindred and Resilience as the other 3 but changed resilience to Stake Out sometimes).
  3. Began repairing a generator.
  4. Successfully hit great skill checks and noticed that although Hyperfocus stacks increased, the actual repair speed bonus was sometimes missing.
  5. In matches where Stake Out was used alongside Hyperfocus, the bonus was more consistent—but that synergy shouldn't be necessary for Hyperfocus to work.
  6. Issue has occurred in multiple matches and appears not to be map-specific.

    LV3 Hyperfocus 30% per token

    great skill check is 1% 0.9c

    only hyperfocus is 0.9*1.3=1.17c

    6 token hyperfocus is 180%

    0.9*2.8=2.52c 2.8%

    but stake out will give 1% if you get good skill check

    it will be 2% 1.8c

    1.8*1.3=2.34c

    6 token is 1.8*2.8=5.04c 5.6%
