After buying Casting of Frank Stone Deluxe Edition no Cosmetics and stuff

Hi, does anyone else have this problem ? I bought “Casting of Frank Stone Deluxe Edition” via Steam, but in DBD I can't get cosmetics, banners, blood points and all that stuff. Is this a bug or do I need to contact support and write a ticket about it?

    have you linked both games (DbD and Casting of Frank Stone) to your BHVR account? It’s Not enough to have both Games in your Steam library

    If you have done that and still miss out on the rewards then you should clntact support

    does it still do it for you? Becouse my claim for the rewards is doing the same thing, but now when I put in a request. That same message that pops up, doesnt now.
