Faz Coin + Terror Radius Perks

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I'm in the PTB testing the Faz Coin addon with Unnerving Presence and Coulrophobia and it doesn't apply them. Not sure if this is intentional or not but other fake Terror Radii like Unforeseen and Dark Devotion both apply Unnerving Presence and Coulrophobia. Removing this bug (if it is a bug) would allow for some interesting plays where you give up your chase power to apply effects in a certain area, or even just a wider area.

PLATFORM: PC PTB

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Choose Springtrap, equip the Faz Coin addon, Unforeseen, Dark Devotion, Unnerving Presence, and Coultophobia. Injure a survivor and test it in a normal Terror Radius, Dark Devotion Terror Radius, and Unnerving Terror Radius to see that the perks work by having another survivor heal them, then test it with the Faz Coin Terror Radius the same way to see that the perks are not affecting them.

    Items and perks that copy your terror radius don't copy its effects. Dark Devotion and Unforeseen take your terror radius, so they actually copy the related effects. You cannot have 2 terror radius' effecting survivors.
