I'm very confused about these. Do we not get any just for playing anymore?

Also, they were advertised for this week along with bloodpoints but I didn't get any fragments...

I just got the 50k BP in my inbox each day.

I completed my 3 daily quests and it wasn't enough to unlock a single tier?

    100 Rift Fragments = 1 Rift tier

    3 daily quests = 45 Fragments (15 for each Quest)

    You earn 5 Fragments per 500 XP when playing (half of what it used to be; with Tomes, we used to get the equivalent of 10 Fragments per 500 XP).

    We only get a pop-up about earning Fragments if we completed Quests or if we complete a Rift tier. Otherwise, the game doesn't show us that we earned Fragments for XP.

    Also, there's a bug where if you finish all the Quests for one side, then you won't get Fragments for XP when playing that side. So if you finished all the survivor milestones and weeklies, then you will only earn Fragments for XP when you have dailies unfinished, and after you complete the dailies you'll stop earning Fragments as survivor.

    Edit: That bug might be fixed. It's been a few days since anyone updated the bug report thread, and the last couple posts said XP Fragments are working properly without active Quests.

    In it, JocelynAwakens says that players should be "receiving 5 Rift Fragments per 500 XP", implying it should be earned whether or not there's an active Quest.

    Reading to the end of the thread, it seems the bug might've been fixed when 2v8 ended. As far as I know, there's been no official confirmation on it being a bug or it being fixed, though.

    One of the daily logins was 100 Rift Fragments as I remember letting my buddy know about it. I believe it was Friday's.

    Yeah, except that was bugged for many players, we got 500k BP instead.

    I think it was inevitable that they would make it more grindy and increase the size of the rift

    It was also bugged for me, but I got it again recently (the option to claim it, at first it didn't work) and could claim it this time.

    Yup, very fishy how this "bug" seems to have been fixed when 2v8 ended and we never heard a peep from anyone official when it had been going on for weeks (not getting rift fragments from XP once quests were completed). It's almost as if they were making sure no one finished the rift too quickly (because it would've been so easy to finish when 2v8 was happening).

    Yep, I'm certain BHVR has a vested interest in sabotaging their player base from finishing the rift too quickly to unlock rewards they only get if they pay real money. Occam's razor bro, nothing fishy about this bug.

    Hello folks! First and foremost, I can confirm that the bug impacting Rift Fragment gains through XP was resolved as of bugfix patch 8.7.2. If you're still encountering this bug, please don't hesitate to flag it to me here!

    As for the Rift Fragment login reward today, this should be working. The caveat is that the rewards you will see displayed when you claim the in-game mail for 100 Rift Fragments won't explicitly say "100 Rift Fragments". Instead, the pop-up will show the rewards you gained from the level of the Rift you just attained.
