How do i get No Holds Barred/Deadlock
I recently started playing dbd, and while looking at builds guides I noticed one of the builds mentioned deadlock/no holds barred and that it was a general perk, but it hasnt shown up in my bloodweb, and no more perks in general are either. Do I have to use shrine of secrets or can I just not get it since I wasnt around for the cenobite?

no it's in the general perk pool so you have to spam the bloodweb and you'll eventually get it or wait till springtrap drops so bulk spending is a thing

They are not in the game yet, but they will be next patch which releases june 17th.

I have now edited my post to include the additional info that I also am no longer getting perks in the bloodweb. I'll still do this but im just checking, that doesnt change anything, right?

Well, I can clear that up:
Deadlock has just appeared on the FNAF PTB, with the name, icon and description changed.
Once the PTB hits live 17 of June, all 3 of Pinhead's perks will be available.
