Getting held hostage is counting as survivor escape
idk if its just a scoreboard thing but i got a game where i killed 2 survs and had a leon and meg hiding for a solid 10 min, so i used the function to leave game since it appeared on screen and in the scoreboard counted as 2 victim escapes.
So basically if you are getting held hostage and leave they just get a pat in the back and congratulations for hidding? If it shows like they escape youre just incentivizing this actitude because they will do it again for a "free escape".
At least show the survivor aura after 3+ minutes of walking around, i dont want to abandon i want to finish the trial without scummy gameplay.
Yes the abadon feature is good if you are stuck and such, but a game maker always trys to do something for the game to finish properly…

I agree with you and its frustrating. Its been happening to me in my matches too. Correct me if I am wrong and I really could be here but on June 17th the FNAF chapter comes out with a QOL update for people who are not doing the objective after 10 minutes they will start to get afk crows revealing them to the killer?
At least that was my understanding of it.

Instead game gave you choice either abandon after 10 minutes or help you locate survivors with something like basekit spies from shadow, it only lets you dc or wonder around map trying to find salty survivors who refuse to play normaly.
