“Under Review”
I have bug reports from almost 2 years ago that say “Under Review”
How does this system work exactly? Are these reports still actually being reviewed? (Surely not?)
Are the reports backed up possibly? (Perhaps)
Have they been forgotten about?
Perhaps they have been fixed awhile ago but the report itself hasn’t been changed to “fixed?”

If they've been "under review" that means the mods have collected the information to go to our internal QA team.
It's unfortunate but we do not have the bandwidth to go back, find every bug report and change the status on them - wish we did as then it could be a lot more useful for players, and less frustrating!

So, if it says under review, then I should not worry about it? (I just don’t want any reports to be forgotten about since it takes a little time to get it together and organized for the team.) ❤️

yepp if it's under review, do not worry it has been seen. The default is "pending" so anything different from that one means the bug report has been tagged by the team.
