Artist addons
Do NOT go through with these Artist addon changes. If you feel there still needs to be changes made then by all means. Take some more time to revisit everything. Because all you did was gut strong addons without compensating with proper changes for the bottom performing addons.
She is not a highly picked or played killer. You say she's balanced so you say eh let's just bring her down a notch when she's already a nightmare to play on 1/3 of the games maps.

Definitely feel like they could've done some more to some weaker addons she has. Like, yeah, Severed Hands needed a nerf and I'm fine with that, but most of these changes are nerfs to some good addons and very minor or inconsequential buffs to a handful of addons that will not be much better than they were before. And somehow Charcoal Stick (her worst addon as it makes her power worse than basekit) was left untouched.

Pretty sure that we are reverting what was tested in the PTB and that the Design team will look into her further a little bit down the line.

I agree that Artist does not deserve a nerf, at high MMR the main complaint of players is that they're tired of constantly going up against the Nurse-Blight-Wesker trifecta, and if nerfing those is out of the question, then why not bring other killers up to par with them for variety's sake?
I get artist can be oppressive for new players but learning how to counter her is very possible and can be extremely rewarding, the focus should be on helping new players learn how to counter killers, not nerfing noob-stompers
