So what happens when people take your “advice”?

Let me preface by saying that DBD has the most TOXIC and ENTITLED player base of any online game I’ve ever played.

Now let’s get into it. There is such an “epidemic” of go next. People crying (and mind you these are the toxic people that want to make sure that everyone has a bad time and is forced to deal with their bullshit) that people leaving is such a bad thing and that they should be forced to stay in the game.

You have other saying well just disconnect. But we already have a disconnect penalty don’t we? Now you’re just stuck in the game no matter what or you get ridiculous penalties. Because BHVR refuses to actually address the real issues with its game.

And now you have the third set of people who suggest just taking a break and not playing if the game bothers you so much in the state that it’s in. So what are you going to do when those people take your advice? They just stop playing because the game isn’t being fixed. It’s only being catered to the most toxic of the player base.

I want you to remember that this has been called an epidemic. So if so many people are doing it, what do you think is going to happen if all of those people just stop playing?

The answer is very simple. You guys are gonna be waiting forever for a lobby because you need survivors and one killer. If this is such an what everybody has been then not gonna have enough survivors to start a match and it will take you a very long time to acquire said number of survivors.

On top of this, they are hoping to grow the game with this FNAF chapter. They want to attract new players and how many of them do you think are gonna stick around when they realize that they are penalized for not wanting to deal with toxic bullshit?

I hope the numbers dwindle very considerably because maybe then they will be forced to actually fix the game instead of trying to police symptoms of their own created problems.

And just so you know, here is a list of all the things that should be handled way before worrying about punishing people for “go next”

- Broken designs for killer powers (the newest ones)

• Broken report systems for console ( although there is a box for comments there is no ability to use it and we literally have to now open up the Internet, upload any screen recordings from the console onto YouTube or something else and then submit it. )
• VPN abuse … it’s not even something on their radar and it should be.
• Keeping SoloQ handicapped … self explanatory. SWF gets buffed too much with every attempt to buff Survs and then gets gutted because the Devs just won’t put SoloQ on an even playing field.
• Trolling teammates- again sure you can report them, but you don’t even have the option to comment on what you want them to look at for this behavior.
• Cheaters/hackers I put this at the very bottom because it is not as common as people like to say that it is, but it still happens and it’s not completely rare either it’s just not as prevalent as all of the other issues.

The only thing that is gonna come this is abuse by killers because they know the survivors have to stay in the match. And there’s also going to be abuse by the toxic survivors that will hide in a corner and refuse to come get you off the hook.

So explain to me why we have the abandon option because people don’t like being slugged and being forced to lay on the ground but if you’re on the hook, you just have to stay there and take it? Where does that make any sense? I should absolutely be able to leave a match. If I know that my teammates are not making any effort to come take me off of the hook I should not be forced to stare at a screen for several minutes because some people don’t like that everybody doesn’t stay in the game when it’s a ######### show..

The only people that don’t like that are the people that get off on causing other people misery and you’ve just catered to those people. So congratulations launch your new chapter and when you see a huge reduction in people playing your game, you’re gonna scratch your head and you’re gonna wonder why did this happen? We just had one of the biggest licenses ever! It’s because people don’t want to deal with that kind of crap.

I also want to remind you BHVR that I am at work and I have an emergency at home and I have to leave. I don’t get penalized for that. There is not a chance in this world that I will being penalized by a video game for having to leave for something more important than playing a video game.

You had better figure it out and you’d better figure it out quick or I guarantee you’re gonna go bankrupt because nobody’s gonna tolerate this kind of nonsense from you.
