Killer Concept: Peter Griffin - The Family Guy

Weapon: Bird is the Word

Whenever The Family Guy is within 16m of a record player, he can fire a bird-shaped magic projectile that causes the survivor in question to be affected by the Exposed (if healthy) or Broken (if injured) status effect for a random, variable length of time.

Power: Good Old Fashioned Values

Trick-or-treat bags, record players, and television sets will be scattered around the map.

Trick-or-treat bags can be interacted with by survivors, potentially revealing a rare item with common add-ons, but also potentially resulting in an injury, an aura reveal, or a short Exposed or Broken status effect (or all at once!).

Interacting with a powered television set turns it off and grants the survivor a random buff (haste, healing speed, or repair speed) for up to a minute - but beware! The Family Guy can interact with powered-off television sets, turning them on and granting him temporary Haste and Undetectable status effects.

Map: Halloween on Spooner Street

Basically something similar to O.G. Haddonfield.

Perks:

Lethal Weapons - Hitting a survivor with a basic attack inflicts the Broken status effect for 16/20/24 seconds and reveals their aura for 2/2/2 seconds. Has a 100/80/60-second cooldown.

Scourge Hook: Giggity-Goo - The first time a survivor is unhooked from a Scourge Hook, the two generators with the most progress will take 8/10/12% damage and begin to regress. Survivors repairing the affected generators will scream.

Hex: Oh, God. I Need Help - Whenever a healing action is interrupted within the killer's terror radius, both survivors suffer from the Broken status effect for 40/50/60 seconds or until the totem is cleansed.

If you think about it, he's actually a horror-adjacent character, as the show has actually had many Halloween-related episodes where Peter has taken a prominent role, and he's been shown fighting and killing other characters on many occasions. Perhaps Stewie (even perhaps with a Something, Something, Something Dark Side skin?) or Diane Simmons might fit better, but one thing is for certain: Dead by Daylight has to have a Family Guy collab!
