Perks that are currently unhealthy
Killer side: Dead man's switch
Suvivor side: Dramaturgy, Finnesse, Vigil, Babysitter, Scene partner
Dead man's switch - simple change, revert activation upon hooking, this will prevent it saved every time.
Dramaturgy - remove add ons from items (it can give BNP or syringes for press button), increase exposed from 12s→20s
Finesse - This one is rough, i would just make it work on pallets
Vigil - 40 %→10 %
Babysitter - 30s→12s, 25 % speed →15 % speed
Scene partner - cooldown back to 60s, aura reveal removed entirely, it will result being much reliable premonition

No, those perks are fine.
Just say you want every survivior perk weak ;p

I got scene partner in chaos shuffle the other day... it interrupted me opening the gate 6 times while the killer was carrying a fellow survivor to hook... if the killer had slugged instead... I'd have died for sure xD
Is that a bug? I was under the impression that Scene Partner doesn't interrupt your conspicuous actions... but I don't really use the perk so ain't sure.

Yep, Scene Partner screwed me over. I was once cleansing a Devour Hope totem, while one teammate was blocking the doorway (in Hawkins, BTW), the only way in and out of that room. Blight came, and then I screamed, interrupting the cleansing. Needless to say Blight downed and mori'd both of us. I never ran Scene Partner again after that.

That's not true, I meantioned thsoe he need it

That is your fault.

My fault for running Scene Partner? Sure, I guess. At least I learned my lesson, right?
2 -
Not really. If you do "a must action" you don't trigger SP. What makes Scene partner so obnoxiusly broken is it's use mid chase as wallhacks. Seeing aura in chase should be strictly granted only to killers.

I guess totems don't count as a "must" action, huh? Because SP triggered while I was trying to cleanse the hex.

Nah they're fine. Most can be countered, and they don't deserve any nerfs or changes.
Finesse - Injure the survivor
Dead Man's Switch - Don't jump off the gen or just don't touch it.
Dramaturgy - Only counter is exhaustion, but can give your position away and inflict Exposed
Vigil - Literally nothing wrong with it. Just gives the survivor team a minor buff and isn't noticeable as killer. (Unless they got a sprint burst build or smth.)
Babysitter - Useful when your teammate is getting tunneled.
Scene Partner - It just exposes your location. However it gives a nice trade of seeing the killer's aura. A funny perk to run if you fancy screaming every one second as Steve Harrington.

You can look up or down or into wall to prevent it.
