the twins (Victor) bugged. please watch the video to understand how:

here's another example from otz channel on YT:

otz got a very game-breaking bug and in his next game he starts to get the Victor bug, every time he tries to hit the survivors with Victor he misses and it's not on purpose! it's just this killer is very unplayable.

There's also a new bug where sometimes when switching from Victor to Charlotte her screen is dimmed, shakes and she is unable to pick up survivors or re-deploy Victor. It's completely game-breaking and you are left with no choice but to disconnect. Please investigate it as well.

    update:

Victor is bugged rn, the killer can hear the chase music for the rest of the game because the game thinks the killer "is still in chase", i lost so many games because I couldn't hear the gen or the survivor, this can happen only when victor is on the surv back, even if i did recall victor, the chase music still playing, and thanks to the very long cool-down the twins will listen to the chase music until the match ends, and it will make it hard to hear anything, survivors gens, footsteps…etc.

This is still happening. I've ricoheted off survivors with Twins hundreds of times. Seems more common when framerate is above 60 but I've seen it happen at 60 too.
