I have the same issue, the stats are extremely incorrect, and only showing one account, rather than all that are synced

I have the same problem. My main platform is Xbox, but I synced DBD with Steam and Windows Store a long time ago. The stats tracker shows only part of my progress.

Coming back to this topic after checking in with the team. If you've synced multiple platform accounts through your Behaviour Account, your stats become unified under that synced account. What that means is that you aren't able to manually switch between the individual platform accounts. Instead, the stats from all these accounts are included in the total you see under the synced, unified account.

Would this account for the fact that you're not seeing your other platforms showing up in the Stats Tracker? Of course, if you feel stats are missing from a whole platform, please DM me your Player ID and I will pass this along to the team working on the Stats Tracker to investigate.

I have the same issue. Most of my hours are on Switch, but within the last year I switched to PS5. On the Stats Site, I have no stats for Killer, and very minimal Survivor stats.
And I checked, my Switch account is linked with my BHVR account.

Granted, I haven’t been playing as much on PS5 (mainly hopping on for 2v8) but the fact it’s showing 0 stats for the 2,000+ hours I played on Switch is weird.

Thanks for the explanation, but this doesn’t apply in my case. I’ve been playing since early 2020 across three different platforms and merged my accounts shortly after that became possible. Despite that, the Stats Tracker is only showing a total of 155 hours—which is clearly inaccurate. I have over 2,500 hours on Xbox alone, so the current total doesn't reflect my actual playtime. Other stats are way off too IMO.

Thank you for the response, although it does seem unlikely the case, I've spoken to many people about this, some say they only see one account connect and not the other synced one and some say their stats are just completely wrong entirely. I have sent you my ID in the messages though! I hope this can be resolved as I'm really hyped to see my stats from 2020! Thank you for your help :)

I have basically the same issue but in reverse. I only see my stats from Steam where I mostly play nowadays, however, I only recently started playing from there while my stats from Epic Games is missing and I have over 2.3k hours spent there.. My accounts are linked so it is the same account.

I have a similar issue. I have about 3000 hours between Steam and Xbox, but the stats site is showing Microsoft Store at the top corner and claiming I've never played the game. It's true I've never played it on Microsoft store, but the website knows my synched Steam and Xbox accounts.

im also seeing this issue. i have two accounts linked (and synced).

playstation - linked for the frank stone cosmetics. played 0 dbd.
    steam - over 1k hours

my stats tracker is showing that i have played no games, so it must only be reading from my playstation account.
