Cheatings and Reports mechanic ?
- What happen when you report a potential cheater ?
- What happen when you report a 100% cheater ? Does your report get confirm or something ?
I've meet some obvious cheater such as Killer speed attacking, fast moving.
Survivor repairing the gen while in the wall or underground ? ( I don't know ). Crounching with speed of 1000%. Stop the killer from fully picking up.
But these obvious cheater would never last long enough because they will always be idle or disconnect soon.
Still, how does cheating work exactly ??? Because the most deceptive cheat would be aura reading or killer instinct. They are subtle
Sometime while I was waiting to be the last survivor, the killer would get to me directly after a while. Or they break a wall nearby then get to me even though I'm in the locker without a crow.
I've been in situation where a killer walk by right when a crow starting to groan so I would know.
Also beside these suspicious cheaters, I've seen few obvious cheater in last 30 days. Before I thought these cheaters would be so rarely to be seen.

Unfortunately, yes… the lack of any meaningful server-side validation allows even the most absurd forms of cheating to persist. There are people openly streaming cheats on Twitch, profiting from subs and donations while showcasing instant-kill hacks, teleport hooks, and more…sometimes for weeks before needing a new account.
It's not the norm, but it's absolutely possible, because the system is purely manual. No automation, no real-time detection. Just ticket submissions, in-game reports, and the slim hope that enough noise leads to action. It's a grim reality, and sugarcoating it only delays the pressure BHVR should be under to fix it.1

The unfortunate truth is: most reports go into a black box, and you’ll rarely get feedback unless it's an extremely blatant exploit … and even then, only if you're lucky. BHVR does not have a public ban list, and their anti-cheat system is limited to what EAC can detect, which doesn't include subtle cheats like aura-reading or wallhacks. Server-side validations? Still almost nonexistent in DBD. So if you're expecting consistent action against cheaters or full transparency, you're setting yourself up for disappointment. Sadly, the only real protection right now is hoping not to match into one.

Well, I didn't expecting that. This game is 10 years old already.
And what the hell ??? This means that my report on 100% cheaters does not get ban !?
