Anti slug mechanic
What if you can get yourself up after 30 sec when you're at "Find Help" on the ground? Meaning you could only use this effect when no perk is in place to help you get up, and that would discourage the intentional slugging everyone playstyle.

i think their intention was to make that surivors in dying state can heal themselves up. But it couldve change, just like finisher mori.

They tried it before and it was super overpowered. The issue is that it can make winning as killer nearly impossible if the downed person just stays under a pallet and someone hovers. It would have to work like anti-camp where there's a secondary meter that fills up but only when another survivor isn't within like 24 meters or something.
