How do you even get those?

Yeah I was wondering the same thing

Likely just linking with their newsletter or something along those lines - mine was via Email as well
I got this game on October 31st 2016 for the Halloween DLC and I admit while I am not ungrateful for recognition for how long I've played 200k felt a bit trivial. I assumed they gave this to everyone as a thank you and just defaulted the value at 200k which was given through a code.
I am not upset about this but it's more so didn't really know how to feel. Either way I guess I haven't technically been here 9 years even though I got my game in 2016.

I have never received any such emails. Maybe they only start sending at the 5 year mark? I will be there soon.

I'm playing since 2016, almost 4000 hours of playtime and let me tell you a secret. I got absolutely nothing.

I don't remember getting anything like this, but reward is also not high enough to get me even look for in spam folder.

In general I feel that it does not really matter for BHVR if someone is playing for a long time. Like, there will be P100-Rewards at some point, but they should have been there from the start. Even just a minor thing like all the Perk-Charms of that Character in Gold or something like that would have been fine.
Then there is no Reward for Devotion. Which is one thing which shows how long someone is playing. But nowadays you even have to do an extra click to see your Devotion-Level.
