SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: wont let me in the game

PLATFORM: ps4

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: when I try to load the game up, I keep getting an error message saying “your trial has expired, a full version of the game is required to continue playing” . Which doesn’t make sense because I have the full game and ps+. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restoring licenses. I can’t think of anything else to do.

    The only thing I can think of off hand is that PS plus is that your online PS+ has run out with Sony. Other than that we do not have the tools to help on this platform, you would need to contact Player Support or Sony PS Support directly.
