"Block Window Vault" Invitation "resets" momentum - turns fast vaults into medium.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Using a Twisted Masquerade Invitation to 'Block Window Vault' in chase appears to "reset" your momentum as you approach the window to vault it. If you use the Invitation far enough back, you still make the fast/rushed vault. If you use it too close, you medium vault, even with a long, straight run-up to the window.

PLATFORM: PC/Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Run toward a vault, use Masquerade Invitation to 'Block Window Vault' too close for the usual fast/rushed vault threshold. Get a medium vault, instead.
