Are they ever gonna drop the unreleased cosmetics?

Things like Dwight's Vector Victory Top

and Jake's Highschool Troublemaker Top

have been found in the game so long ago but never saw the daylight.

The Dwight shirt was even sold on the merch store for a time

so I'm just curious if there's a story to it or if they've just been sitting on these. I would even take them as part of promo codes or something, I just hate to see these cosmetics (as simple as they are) going to waste.

Lately we have had some charms added to the game through Twitch Drops, that had been in the files for a long time. An example of this is the "Pin The Tail On The Maurice" charm.

But there are still a lot of unreleased things which make me wonder, why were they made if they haven't been added yet? The Silver Wolf charm which you'd expect to be unlocked with the Geralt of Rivia cosmetic. Or the Dark Heart charm, or the Court Jester charm for Valentine's Day and April Fool's Day respectively.

Same for cosmetics. I understand that a number of those will never be made available again (such as Legacy). Or the ones that are unique to content creators and only available to them or redeemable through a code provided by them. Other than that, why not release the rest by means of codes, bundles or drops?
