I like Dead by Daylight but the only problem with this game is disconnect penalty and i think that dc penalty needs to be removed from the game.I never rage quit, but some time my internet just not working, for example in middle of the match my internet some time just turned off and after that i get disconnect penalty and lose rank, yesterday i get 4 dc penalties and lose entire iridescent rank to gold rank only because my internet is bad.I still don't understand why disconnect penalty still exists in 2025 when we have bots,and now you can't unhook yourself anymore.I hope behaviour will remove dc penalty but i already know that behaviour never gonna do that and probably will never see my message.

    If you're disconnecting that often due to internet issues, it sounds like your internet isn't suited for online gaming, and you need to invest in better internet.

    that is literally such a mean comment you didn’t have to do them like that!! I do agree with the Internet issue though it can be frustrating at times because sometimes Internet is unpredictable. I don’t feel like removing the DC penalty is a good idea though just because if there wasn’t one, people would be DCing every match! A better work around would be the ability to reconnect to a match. That would be amazing!! just in case your Internet does mess up!

    If there wasn't a DC penalty, people would DC just to troll everyone else in the match.

    Although it sucks to get a penalty for something out of control but removing dc penalties would ruin the majority of game as a whole and would be worse for the game overall

    @tech Wouldnt it be cool to add a feature to be able to reconnect to your previous match, if something spontaneous did occur with your Internet??!! I think it’s a cool concept

    I love it when I’m being absolutely bullied in a match and my options are to either eat a fat dc penalty or spread my cheeks wider for the perpetrator.

    It would, the only issue would be what happens in the bot you'll be replacing is mid chase, you just come back dead essentially. Unless there's something like a 20 seconds window where you can't control and just watch before taking it back to your control

    That would be nice @tech yeah maybe a window to join back maybe like 10 seconds from spectating.
