Skillful trophie in PS5 didn’t work

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I’m having trouble with the skillful trophie. It’s the only trophie missing to platinum in PS5. I already put all skills for the base characters in level 3 and get the trophie in PS4 but the trophie doesn’t work in PS5

PLATFORM: PlayStation 5

In the prints you can see that the trophie appears as the skills are in level 1 but in PS4 list I already get the trophie. I already bought some characters and evolve their skills in PS5 but the number doesn’t change.
