Buff Nemesis

I don't know what kind of intellectual individual on the development team thought to make Nemesis the way he is now, but it's clear that in his current state he is not good enough. His biggest issue is the hitbox of his tentacle. Even in Tier 3, the horizontal hitbox is awful; it's way too narrow and the tentacle oftentimes goes THROUGH survivors, too, so "getting better" is not going to cut it. If the endlag on the tentacle when breaking a wall/pallet was lowered significantly AND the horizontal hitbox was increased, Nemesis would actually be very good.
