Please address people spam picking up and putting down their items to prevent crows.
People do this to prevent crows and it needs to be stopped. You should detect it as part of the afk crow system and give them crows anyway. Also you need to rework the system it is now too long. This has been abused way to long. Also to anyone down voting this you are showing your true colours.

Is this mechanic back again? I thought they came out with a new crow system… which got disabled temporarily??

I have seen this too. Its really annoying. For sure need an adjustment on this aspect.

This was removed from the game when the system changed (the ability to not get crows by picking up and dropping the item), what was kill switched was the messaging and subsequent penalties for "going next" until we adjusted the system.

Can you please test it and be sure it's working then? I've seen people do it and I have also been able to do it in customs.

Adjusted, as in past tense? Did the “going next” stuff get added back into the game?

You might just want to see if doing absolutely nothing still summons crows around your head. Could be people are dropping and picking up items due to old habits or what they thought was correct information, but maybe it's "working" simply because the whole crow system was disabled.
