[PTB Feedback] the perk [Last Stand] can give the survivor an advantage. is it intended?.

Usually it is not intended that Survivor Perks give advantages to Survivors. Must be an oversight.
Jokes (with a bit of sad reality) aside, they most likely changed the animation to give the Killer a tell that the Survivor has the Perk equipped so that they dont get stunned out of nowhere. IF the vault is actually faster, then it is not intended. But it might look faster, but if it is only the animation, this is not really a big deal.

yeah I'd guess its an oversight, the animation (if faster) should be slowed so the hitbox makes more sense.

I can't access it anymore since the PTB section was closed, but they said the faster vault speed was not intended

Sad reality of modern survivor perks, yes.

It would be overpowered if it did increase vault speed because then everyone would equip it and then just never try to stun the killer because they would have resilience vault speed while healthy.

Per the Devs in the PTB forums discussions, the quicker vault speed on Last Stand isn't intended. You CAN however bring Resilience or Finesse with it and get the fast vault speed anyway, which I feel is maybe a bit of an oversight and should be checked.

I just wish they'd make Last Stand look more like a kick or punch
