Linking accounts/cross progression

Hello, I have a PC account on Dead by Daylight. I have most killers and survivors and, as of recently, my pc has been having issues and I no longer can play it, so I bought dead by daylight on my PS5 and I linked it to the behavior website and claimed 4500 shards then I found out you could cross progress, so I tried to link my PS5 account, but it already said I linked it (I understand I linked it to a different account but I unliked it and it still says you can’t) does anyone know how to fix this I contacted support but it's been weeks

    I think you may need to contact Behaviour directly to get this resolved
