Cosmetics gone on PS5

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

Cosmetics cant be seen and are unavailable and cant be changed

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

I whent to change cosmetic on huntress, it says i do not have any. I go to other killers, same there, no cosmetics. I go to store i can see the cosmetics and choose them, click equip and when i go back to play im still in my old cosmetic before i changed in store and once again it says i dont own any(in reality i own almost every cosmetic in the game)
