Blood amber needs a buff
Stealth killers can use it against you, like GF, SM, Chucky and others who can do it on command giving them free wh. Make it as before so killers won't see us thank you!

If your going against a stealth killer have you though about NOT using it? The key does not just activate on its own, its not like your forced to use it when they have undetectable.

I used it when Chucky had terror radius, but after using the amber, he immediately pressed m2 and that's it, he could mind game me for free, this is just a shameful nerf to the key with the "iri addon", do you even understand how useless it is? Not only is this RNG so you don't know which killer you'll be playing against, but there's also a downside that the killer sees me!! How is the addon better than styptic or syring/bnp? At least they give some benefit against almost all killers!

If you know chucky is going to use his power why would you use it!?
And yes its still powerful as when you use it you cannot be mind gamed by the killer when using it. The only killers with natural on demand undetectable are Ghostface, Skullmerchant, Wraith, Springtrap, pig, sadako and chucky. Thats 7 out of 40.

edit: I misread the post. The killer seeing you is a fair mechanic for being able to see them. You control when it happens after all.

If you want a risk-free Blood Amber, then use the Map's Crimson Stamp instead. Blood Amber is supposed to have a downside because its range is way better.

That map is also useless I tested 5s aura and skinny 8m range, new iri addons are garbage all of them including fog vials. Going bad to my medkit with needle and styptic...

Sounds like syringes and styptics need to be nerfed, so that survivors are encouraged to bring other items.
Medkits are outdated, and should be reworked like keys and maps were.

The BNP and Syringe should get nerfs. 100%.
But that doesn't really change the fact that the new iri add-ons are kind of.... eh.
Blood Amber is the best of the three, old Object is nothing to sneeze at, but the downsides just pummel it down imo. I can understand the shorter aura reveal, but why does it also remove charges? I think the charge downside should not be there and the add-on is good to go.
Crimson Stamp is firstly, useless for most cases and secondly, completely against the whole schtick of maps. The whole revealing objects thing? We sacrificed the event Map's Empathy effect for this? It should be reworked, it could maybe show you gen progress like the Wraith and Legion addons do?
And lastly, Potent Tincture. I feel like they have gone overboard and with wrong downsides, especially since there is no cooldown increase, so they can be spammed like hell. I would replace one of the downsides with a 100% longer cooldown. Or both, now that it gets nerfed to only do 5% opacity.

Blood amber been nerfed a little bit too much:
→ now both you and killer see others aura (was only killer aura shown)
→ nerfed reveal duration to 4s (previously was as long as key had charges)
→ is now iri add on (was very rare)
→ removes charges from key (was burning key twice as fast)
→ forces charge to be consumed (previously you could tap it)
→ can't be refilled (previously can be used more with streetwise or built to last)

100% true, I hope they will revert it to old state, 32m range was fine and it didn't consume that much charges

Meanwhile, iri hatchets, and iri pinkie finger got the charges forced down to 1, and I haven’t seen anyone using them since those nerfs happened.
It’s fairly normal for killer iri addons to get super nerfed.
And survivors absolutely will complain about overperforming killer iri addons until they get nerfed.
So there really shouldn’t be an expectation that survivor iri addons need to be powerful.
I’ve refused to play killer this entire patch because of fog vials, and my survivor queue times have been absolutely horrible all week.
