No Mither allows for infinite usages of Finesse without cooldowns

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Had to see it for myself, i saw someone vault, Finesse style with No Mither equipped and thought, hey lets try that out too! yeah….interesting…..
PLATFORM:

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Just equip No Mither and Finesse and watch yourself fast vault, Finesse style over and over again without a cooldown.
It DOES stop working after you get hooked once though, its still silly.

as of writing this, No Mither with Finesse prevents Fast Vaults entirely (medium vaults still work at windows)
