Behavior of most anonymous players
You can see the video here
This person didn't troll just once; Meg did it with several people throughout the match. Including the Feng in the video and me. And the anonymous Meg player was the only one who escaped. Needless to say, Meg was just touching engines to avoid the AFK crow and then simply leaving the area (as shown by her score). Several survivors have done this the past two weeks, and I've reported them for unsportsmanlike behavior, but I don't see any action being taken (at least I haven't received any feedback). I'm tired of anonymous people taking advantage of this kind of thing. I often have to dodge lobbies to avoid playing with anons. At least 2vs8 finds a lobby quickly, but that doesn't happen on normal matches. It's incredibly tiring to find people who are just going to troll in this game and see BHVR take no action against them. Anonymity only fuels this kind of behavior. SoloQ keeps dying. Please, remove anonymous mode or do something about these kind of behavior pls.

A few people you have seen in the past few week = “most” of the millions of players globally? Ok

I didn't know people defended this behavior. I guess you're playing anonymous. Ok

Anonymous mode isn't the problem. The majority of players who pull this garbage in my matches aren't anonymous. I use anonymous mode because I'm on console, so my name is always the same, and I don't feel like dodging every ttv'er just to avoid being a named participant in someone else's content.
BHVR massively messed up the crow system when they recently tried to make it better. First, they made it horribly strict and gutted stealth. Then, they pulled so far back it's actually worse than before. I'm glad players can't get rid of crows by running in a circle, but on the flip side it's frustrating how long it now takes an actual AFK survivor to get crows. (Bonus points for matches where the AFK survivor finally does get crows, but then they become the only survivor left so the crows disappear and they "miraculously" return and get hatch.)

Anonymous..? This is the internet every steam user and basically change their name freely. Switch users can do the same thing. What changes there behavior when there name is Meg Thompson compared to astroiddestroyer7? Blocking them won't stop you Queing with them and report features still work exactly as intended. I get the frustration but people are gonna play funky some times they bought the game and until they do something actually ban worthy like cheating exploiting harassment there really isn't much that cja be done.

i hate to say it, but i'm to the point where i'm really starting to dislike the amount of generalization some of these community members tend to do. why do we insist on lumping others up with bad actors? not everybody uses anonymous mode to troll. sometimes people want peace. not everyone needs to be punished because someone decided to act a fool. lol

Welcome to any form of online communication.
Or any form of communication, really.
Brain likes generalising things for ease of processing.
Issue is that that generalising is almost always wrong in some way.
(also they still didnt fix editing on mobile so it took me forever to fix a typo)

it's a shame, really. unfortunately negativity is what draws the crowd and makes the show.

Please explain how I was defending the behavior. The point of my comment was that OP is making a broad, insulting generalization about people who choose to use anonymous mode based on their experience with a few players out of the millions of players globally.

Anon players should have the chat deactivated. Most of them are cringe hiding behind anon.

Someone was a jerk to me.
Better project my bad experience onto thousands of people I've never met.
