These perk changes…
Why on earth did Off The Record get its Endurance removed?
Or Monitor and Abuse get its effect nerfed for the smaller TR Killers?
I thought the feedback was pretty clear here. Revert these ASAP.

I thought the OTR change was only meant to be released alongside the anti-tunnel changes. That change should've been postponed with it.

Yeah it was inappropriate for them to push the OTR nerf to live this soon. Needs reverted until the anti-Tunneling system comes back (in whatever form it does).

OTR, Leverage, and Monitor changes are insanity.
If BHVR is going to try and make major changes to the game like removing haste stacking or anti-tunnel. They need to do it all comprehensively and at all at once.
BHVR can't make major changes to the game like this and only update a few perks at a time. Haste changes might not have been rejected so strongly if BHVR actually spent the time to update all the affected perks, killers, and add-ons.
Leaving in the perk changes that were clearly changed to work with the anti-tunnel changes is just lazy. This community deserves better than this.

It clearly show that bhvr dont care about survivors anymore, they told about anti tunel or anti slug but they only buff those strats while nerfing anti tunel perks.
They also buff Krasue which was already insanely strong on ptb

I can see who I tunnel, not hard to remember…
I personally like it, makes my life way easier when I want to go for 8 hook games.It doesn't really change anything in regards of tunneling imo.

Its not nothing. You dont need to focus on counting hooks, thats small but still advantage for killer side. You dont nedd to focus on it whatsoever so you can focus purely on chase or other activities.

Rarely does Otz try a streak where he doesn't scream in rage at least half a dozen times because he was trying to tunnel someone out and forgot the hook count because they actually got saved, or he slugged and chased someone else, or just got plain confused.
Seeing the hook count is absolutely a buff to tunneling. Just because it can also help that .00001% of killers who want to 8 hook does not change that.

OTR was changed due to anti tunneling reduction which didnt come to live, other perks was changed no mather of those anti tunnel or anti slug changes thats why I dont refer to them.

maybe but the problem is that OTR changes was due to some other changes that should come to the game, if those changes is not here, then OTR shouldn't be changed

Because most players didn't utilize OTR as a just-in-case barrier against "tunneling" and instead would just run into the killer on purpose.
