Mindbreaker's ability to pause existing status effect durations no longer works

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The effect of Mindbreaker where it pauses the existing durations of Blindness and Exhausted while repairing a generator is no longer working after the 9.2.0 update.

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

1. Play against a killer with Mindbreaker, and you need some other source of Blindness and Exhausted that runs on a timer, I used Septic Touch but it can be anything as long as it lasts more than 5 seconds
2. Gain Blindness and Exhausted from a source other than Mindbreaker
3. Begin working on a generator
4. Instead of being paused like normal until leaving the generator, the status effects will deplete while still repairing the generator until getting down to 5 seconds (Mindbreaker's duration), after that it will stop.

In this example I began healing myself to trigger Septic Touch (which now lasts 30 seconds after its buff), and then began doing a generator and the effects were still counting down, instead of being paused like it would be normally. Upon reaching 5 seconds it stopped until leaving the generator.
