during the PTB you definitely got a lot more skill checks after using the perk but now i'm not noticing any difference.

Yeah I was noticing this as well, deadline is only 10% and it's more noticeable than this currently is. Has to be bugged.

As of 9.2.0, it's very clearly not modifying % skill check chance for yourself or teammates.
- At default 8% SC chance, there should be an average of 6.2 skill checks per 90 seconds on gen.
- At (8% + 20%) chance, there should be 16.1 skill checks per 90 seconds on gen.
My testing over 5 gens with One-Two-Three-Four active averaged 6.0 skill checks per gen. Perk is completely broken.
Platform: Steam, likely all.

It's definitely broken, it doesn't even give the red icon for increased skill check chance like you would get normally so I don't think it's doing anything at all.
From my testing, it does seem to be a One Two Three Four exclusive issue, I tried Deadline, Hyperfocus, and Unnerving Presence each individually and they all worked fine, the new perk is just bugged

tested on customs and as of patch 9.2.1 is still not modifying % skill check chance for yourself or teammates.

thank god they removed the massive tambourine when you had hand of vecna though 🙄 i just love how theyre so quick to get rid of things that dont affect gameplay and occurs once every 10000 games and nobody was complaining about instead of making the new perks do what theyre supposed to… have a feeling its gonna be the same situation as it was with bardic where it took them 4 months after bardics release to get it working

As of 9.2.1, seems fixed. 16 skill checks/gen is spot on.
