I feel like all the unnecessary clunk and bloat that Myers' rework currently has holds him back A LOT, especially considering the fact that the PTB to live changes made Slaughtering Strike worse than a Fragrant Tuft of Hair + Coup lunge in a lot of instances.
General changes:
- The Shape can freely switch between modes while having Evil Incarnate ready. (Formerly locked into Pursuer Mode)
Stalker Mode:
- Increased stalk range to 40 meters. (from 32 meters)
- Increased movement speed while in Stalker mode to 4.4 m/s. (from 4.2 m/s)
- Removed the stalk speed penalty while moving. (was -20%)
- Removed the stalk meter depletion after 20 seconds of not stalking a Survivor.
Pursuer Mode:
- Added a 5% carrying movement speed increase to Pursuer Mode.
- Added a 20% speed increase to picking up / dropping downed survivors and hooking them to Pursuer Mode.
Evil Incarnate:
- Reduced terror radius to 32 meters. (was 40 meters)
- Increased movement speed while activating Evil Incarnate to 4.0 m/s. (was 3.45 m/s)
- Removed the camera lock while activating Evil Incarnate.
- Increased vaulting speed while in Evil Incarnate to 25%. (was 20%)
- Added a 25% pallet breaking speed increase, a 25% stun duration decrease, a 25% normal lunge duration increase, and a 25% speed increase to picking up / dropping downed survivors and hooking them to Evil Incarnate.
- Added a 10% carrying movement speed increase to Evil Incarnate.
- Increased base Evil Incarnate duration to 60 seconds. (from 40 seconds)
- The Shape can freely end Evil Incarnate whenever he pleases to, at the cost of depleting it to 50% of the current Evil Incarnate gauge.
Slaughtering Strike:
- Increased movement speed while charging up Slaughtering Strike to 3.8 m/s. (was 3.22 m/s)
- Decreased Slaughtering Strike's maximum charge time to 0.65 seconds. (was 1.5 seconds) (Slaughtering Strike would still have a 1.5 second max duration with this change)
- Increased Slaughtering Strike movement speed to 7.8 m/s. (was 6.9 m/s)
- Increased Slaughtering Strike's strafe multiplier to x1. (was x0.25)
- Removed Slaughtering Strike's limited turn rate.
- Removed Slaughtering Strike's recharge time.
- Removed the ability to break pallets with Slaughtering Strike.
- The Shape loses bloodlust while using Slaughtering Strike.
The Shape's Add-Ons
Memorial Flower (Rework)
- Increases movement speed while in Pursuer Mode and Evil Incarnate to 4.8 m/s.
- Removes all of their other benefits.
- Removes the ability to gain bloodlust.
Mirror Shard (Semi-Rework)
- Increases Slaughtering Strike's bonus (was base) duration by 50%. (was 0.25 sec)

While in Evil Incarnate the following benefits are given:
- Increases picking up / dropping downed survivors and hooking them speed by an additional 15%. (was 40%)

Reflective Fragment (Buff)
- Hitting a survivor with Slaughtering Strike adds 60 seconds to Evil Incarnate's duration. (was 20 seconds)
- The Shape can go above the Evil Incarnate's default cap with the bonus duration from this add-on. (New Effect)
- Slaughtering Strike only deals a single health state of damage.
Lock of Hair (Rework)
- Manually ending Evil Incarnate doesn't deplete Stalk progress by 50%.
- Reduces Evil Incarnate's duration by 25%.

Absolutely zero reason for these changes other than to neuter what little skill expression/depth he's holding onto, punishing you for being bad is not "clunk" or "bloat"
You're also doubling down on the weird arbitrary buffs he gets in pursuer mode by adding them to evil incarnate mode? Literally why? Stat buffs are so boring, make his one unqiue ability unique enough so he doesn't need them
