Deathslinger's chain hitbox is off-center

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

Starting on patch 9.2.0

The chain's hitbox, (Specifically where it attaches to the Deathslinger) Is off-center.
It attaches to the bottom-left of the deathslinger instead of the tip of his gun. (Around the area where the gun would be at rest [Non-ADS'ing])

    This is a major issue right now that makes Deathslinger near unplayable. PLEASE fix this.
