Fog Vails should become more worthwhile again BHVR. Also a map add on & Map Off. rework

My suggestion: 3 charges instead of 2
Add-ons: Potent Extract is far too expensive for a red add-on with such poor stats!
My suggestion: Fog Cloud opacity by 8% instead of 5%.
Fog Cloud duration by 35% instead of 50%.
Fog Cloud size by 20% instead of 25%.
-Crimson Stamp Map add-on too expensive-
My suggestion:
The Killers Aura becomes visible within 12 meters of the beam instead of 8 meters.
Reduces the duration of the beam by 5 seconds instead of 10 seconds.
The number of charges is fine.
Map Offerings:
Instead of increasing the probability of being able to play this map, the offers could be revised so that maps with positive and negative effects are modified. For example: more pallets, fewer windows, or vice versa.
What do you think ? good or bad idea ? ( You can easily test it on a PTB i think. )

Hot take fog vials should never be a "good" item (I still think they're good when used correctly). We saw what was happening in the PTB and the nerf to live was IMO fine. Like you can argue "well it can sometimes not lose you chase" and that's FINE it's an item not a perk. If it extends chase just long enough for you to make it to a stronger tile then it did its job just fine.

I agree, as a fog vial goober the only thing I really want is an extra use and maybe a slight opacity increase just to make it less of a once in a blue moon usage thing.

I think it's just a niche item, quite useful indoors. Not worth bringing to a trial on purpose, like with every other survivor item except medkits and a juicy green toolbox.

There was some indication that they were considering either reverting the opacity back to pre-nerf or adjusting the charges, yet they remain trash. I'd love to have a reason to use them again. It was a nice week and a half of enjoyment before the nerf.

I enjoyed them before the nerf as well - was nice to have something new to play with that wasn't a med-kit. The charges killed it for me. I don't mind it not being guaranteed to give value but if it's not going to be guaranteed value with each use then don't limit it to a very small pool of charges. It's never the right time to use one of 2 charges because you have no idea if it's actually going to be useful. Using cooldowns instead of charges was fine and encouraged actually using the stupid things.

Yeah 2 is a joke for a mediocre item. I've refilled them with BtL but they're currently not worth it. They need at least 3 charges.
The way they're usually transparent on some maps and blindingly white on others is also an issue. You don't even know what effet you'll get.

As a killer main I don't see them that often and when I do it's always used incorrectly.
Don't throw them when I'm right behind you because I can see you and hit you.
Only times survivor got away was me stopping to kick a gen or another survivor running in front of me who just randomly happened to be in the same area of chase and didn't know I was there.
Don't think they should be more powerful/thicker fog as it would be another free escape mechanic but I agree they maybe need an adjustment of some sort.
