SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Skull Merchant Can't Place Drones and Can't Rotate Them.
At some point, it became extremely difficult to place Drones (Had to press over and over or long press and even then it didn't always Work) and Couldn't rotate drones 90% of the time.
PLATFORM: PC

This hasn't been reported before so I dunno WHY the notification isn't going away. It's a very SPECIFIC type of bug that I provided a video of. This seriously feels like just another sweep under the rug in order to ignore a character that is virtually UNPLAYABLE for 50% of her games.
