Off the Record - German translation missing info and recommended change for description

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

The perk "Off the record" now again gives the Survivor the endurance status effect. In the German translation, this information is missing:

In contrast to the english version:

Off the record - English.png

Also, the Endurance status effect is removed when performing a "Conspicious Action". While in the perk description of desicive strike this is mentioned, off the record does not.

    Why is this problem not getting addressed? It is a simple bug and easy to fix right?
