More Bloolust for unique hooks
One of the changes coming to the ptb is all killers getting tier 1 bloodlust after getting a unique hook on a survivor. A common thought about this reward is that its way too little to actually benefit the killers that need the most help, plus the restrictions that remove bloodlust before its duration runs out.
I think we can definitely afford to give more bloodlust, especially if its lost at the beginning of chase. The simplest answer is giving tier 2 or even tier 3 instead of tier 1 bloodlust. Faster traversal for killers with low mobility, but still inferior to killers with mobility based powers.
A second suggestion would be to give better bloodlust for each unique hook from tier 1 to tier 3 at max if you keep spreading hooks. Of course if they hook the same survivor back to back they don't get the bonus, and it resets to tier 1 on the next unique hook. I think this could be an interesting way to not only better enable weaker killers, but it also encourages spreading hooks. Yet, it would never be top oppressive due to the 15 second duration and how easy it is to lose the effect, which of course is lost during chase.

Yeah, I don't understand why they didn't match the previous speed with Bloodlust 2, when bloodlust is so much less "abusable", especially when you lose it with entering the chase.

Yeah, it has so many restrictions, and it has to be worth other killers who don't have mobility choosing not to use their power

I think it will.
But Furtive Chase does the same thing, so...

Yep. You hook a different surv from the last → gain Bloodlust T1 → do it again → get T2 → do it again → get T3, as well as for every subsequent consecutive unique hook. Resets if you break the chain by hooking the same surv twice in a row. Most obvious solution but apparently was too complicated to come up with.

Would it be crazy if they give killer 15 % haste out of chase and power usage when fresh hooking? It would not be abusable, won't be op on top tier killers. Yet will help low tiers.

First, it's practically useless for Killers who lose Bloodlust when using abilities. Imagine this: after hooking a Survivor, you set a trap in the hallway or ring the bell, only to vanish with the bonus for going invisible. What's the point?
Since using the ability makes the bonus vanish, 15 seconds feels short for a Killer with a face width of 20m who has to frantically move away from the hook at 4.6m/s or slower "to avoid punishment." And if you manage to encounter the survivor and start a chase within those 15 seconds, it vanishes instantly? Just reading the text makes it obvious this is useless for most Killers. What's the point of testing it on PTB?

Ok, that sounds as cool alternative…

I feel like it could be tier 3 that degrades into tier 2 after like 5 seconds and stays there until the full timer is done.

Using the different tiers of Bloodlust is something that has been discussed, in the PTB we'll test out T1 and see where we're at, so many changes can be made before things go Live so will definitely be looking out for the feedback around it.

This is the most frustrating part of the process. Bloodlust 1 is 0.2 m/s, which means if a killer walks for 30 seconds, they only get an extra 6 meters of distance. And it takes less than 1.5 seconds to travel 6 meters.
It’s basically saying killers can save 1-2 seconds of time, if they avoid tunneling.
It honestly feels like BHVR wants to give survivors the strongest phase 2 buffs that is possible, but they also want to give killers the absolute weakest phase 2 buffs that is possible.
The PTB was considered to have unacceptably weak killer incentives, and BHVR’s response is to make the incentives even weaker? I don’t understand the logic here.

That is my original second suggestion...

What about the long list of killers that aren't top tier that have abilities that will negate this bloodlust entirely? Onryo for just one example. You're almost always teleporting as soon as you hook so she would never see this benefit at all. There are many other killers with the same issue that would get no value from bloodlust on hook regardless of the final number adjustments of it.

Not trying to be offensive but any semi-experienced DBD player can immediately realize that a mere 5% is not going to have any impact. It won't deter killers who could benefit from it from continuing hooking the same survivor twice in a row and several other killers won't ever care about this anti-tunnel incentive at all due to their powers offering something inherently better than bloodlust (even if it was T3 from the get-go) such as Blight, Nurse etc.
