Why MMR is ruining fun for both sides
MMR matches you with better player the more you win on both sides. The higher the rank the more likely you will face swf and top tier killers. So the more you win, the more miserable your games gonna be. To the point where some killers can't overcome certain spot where their strenght isn't enough to compete current or higher lv without playing extremely competitively and some simply won't be able to compete those lvl at all.
Example: I play Pig, I go against bad survivors, get 4 kills so 4 points and move on, another few games might happen the same, now i went higher in MMR and I face more swfs with meta perks when I don't play the meta so I have to try hard, but if I win, the games will be even more sweaty and if I lose I might have few more chill games but will eventually reach the sweat spot again. Same on survivors, I currently play only against Blight, Kaneki, Nurse, Myers and Lich. All of them run full slowdown, top tier perks and mostly tunnel asasp. If I die, I get lower in MMR but if I escape, I will be stucked with those competitive killers again.

I believe you shouldn’t get free kills against new players.
I also believe teammates should share equal skill braces so “weak link” wouldn’t differ drastically in team.
It’s not MMR spoiled this game. MMR simply doesn’t work in DBD.
Soulless effectiveness would be boring ofc, but for this you have to provide new mechanics and more complicated killer abilities, and not some recycled party with dash projectile teleport we have now0 -
Complaining because you can't bully better players?

There is nothing about complaining or bullying. :-) The post is about you can't truly avoid frustrating games on both sides if you do the best to win every game as you climb up the mmr ladder. I don't teabag killers, I don't BM survivors… but if players do that on purpose multiple times I sometimes lost mood to be nice player tbh.

So you think if you win games and climb MMR you should face worse players? Sorry you can't steamroll every match there.

You are pointlessly aggresive, it's threat towards people that talk about games being hard and me responding with it being nature of mmr.

I'm just calling you out on how ridiculous this post is. Expecting players to play like they are in lower MMR after increasing rank is silly. If you want all easy matches just lose intentionally and stay in low MMR.

In PvP, if the only goal is to win, then there will always be someone(s) whose fun gets ruined when the other team wins, since they didn't win.
MMR tries to average this out so that skilled players don't hog this by grouping them together, to provide greater retention over a larger average of players.
Your argument surmounts to: the 1% are upset they experience what the 99% experience.
As killer you can also intentionally curtail your kills in matches to lower your MMR to play thematic builds, or to focus on things like jump scares and positional trickery that you can't typically do in optimized environments. My go-to is Pig/Drac and Devour/Rancor/Nemesis/Spies and faffing about getting 8 hooks till EGC (and usually taking my tithe).

Again this post isn't about me, but while game system. I don't mind losing, I do lose sometimes and that's okay. I'm going for some fun builds, lately I been playing Help wanted, machines, save and rapid. I also played some very rarely seen perks on survivors too. As changing perks is what makes me play this game sometimes, otherwise i would just got bored.
