Can the Tricksters Golden Skull Mask become available in the store?

The golden skull mask released back in 2022 I believe, and its rarity has been changed from "artifact" to "very rare" I would personally love for this head cosmetic to return permanently and I am sure other people would love to have this cosmetic as well.

I think they actually said that it will come to the store at some point but it never did

Well I suppose they brought back that frozen blight cosmetic, so maybe they are staggering the release windows of the prime cosmetics? They should have just released everything(the artist outfits, the golden skull mask, that one Jane Romero outfit, and more) when they released that blight cosmetic imo.
