Urgent Question: Is There Any Way to Recover My BHVR Account?

Hi, I really need some help or guidance because I’m running out of options.

I’ve been trying to recover my old BHVR account since October after returning to the game from a 2–3 year break. The issue is that I forgot the password, and the email attached to the account is completely locked. Google requires a 2FA code sent to a phone number I no longer have, and there is no way to reach their support without a paid subscription, so recovering the email seems impossible.

I’ve contacted BHVR Support multiple times with proof of ownership (receipts, screenshots, linked Steam info, etc.), but I keep getting told they “can’t do anything” and my ticket doesn’t get escalated. Meanwhile, I have over $100 worth of DLC and cosmetics on that account that I can’t access at all.

I’m not trying to bypass security I just want help recovering my own account, or at least some direction on what I can realistically do.
Is there any way to get my case properly reviewed or escalated? Maybe someone from the team or a moderator can point me in the right direction?

Any advice, information, or help is honestly appreciated at this point. Thanks in advance.

    I’m honestly desperate at this point. I’ve tried every recovery method I can think of and contacted support multiple times, but I’m getting nowhere no escalation, no real help, just the same responses over and over. It’s starting to feel hopeless.

    If anyone here has gone through something similar or knows a BHVR staff member, mod, or someone who actually checks these threads, I’d really appreciate any guidance. I’m stuck, I’m being ignored through tickets, and I don’t know what else to try anymore. Any help at all would mean a lot.
